Hey everyone!!! So I watched Captain America: The Winter Solider last night and let me just say OMG HOLY SHIT! My feelings were all over the place when I watched it and they still are! It was the best Marvel superhero movie I've seen! It totally bitch-slapped Iron Man 3 and Thor: The Dark World!!! There is NO comparison. I know I know. What about the Avengers you ask. For me, this movie slides in about an inch or two higher! All of the characters are fantastic, the plot is to die for and every scene left you at the edge of your seat waiting for more!! The beginning started out a bit slow but after a little bit, the movie dove right in. I would definitely give it 5/5 stars!! This review has spoilers in it so if you haven't seen it yet, go watch it and come back.
Okay so first I'll talk about the characters!
I already loved Black Widow but watching this movie made me love her more! She was soooo badass during the entire movie. There was a point in it that she was separated from Cap and Falcon when they were fighting Bucky and his team of evil and the first thing I thought was "Crap... Now Cap has to come save her." I'm used to the females of the movies being the damsels and the superheroes having to save them and even though I knew how awesome she was, I still totally forgot and then she was all awesome and held her own for a while. The scene in the SHIELD building when she beat up the villains and took Pierce down was so amazing. I was seriously sooo scared for her when Pierce threatened to kill her with the pin.
Falcon was super amazing too! I loved his one-liners and his costume with the wings! He held his own too and I was so proud when he stuck the chip inside the hellacarrier! His introduction to the movie was cute and I loved the ending when he chose to stick by Cap because "he's just a solider!" I fangirled so much. Fury and Maria Hill didn't have much to do other than dialogue but I love them so it's okay! I was so glad that Fury was alive because I was so pissed when he died!
Bucky aka the Winter Solider was amazing also! I loved the way he was first revealed to Cap and how seeing Steve reminded him of his past! I almost cried when he said I think I know him!! And then they memory-wiped him... Right in the feels. I loved that Bucky could hold his own with Cap and he was killer with that knife!! The ending when he pulled Cap out of the water even though he still didn't really know who Cap was was heart wrenching and the post-credit scene where he was in the Smithsonian learning about himself almost made me cry! I really hope that they continue to show us his character but I was SO RELIEVED when they didn't make him kill Cap! I was soooo not ready for that!
You all already know how much I love Cap so if you want to skip my fangirling over him, that's fine haha. OMG he was so amazing! I really love how much Cap is simply just a solider. It's my favorite thing about the character. I mean yes, he's super strong and everything but the part that makes me love him is how human he is. You can't picture Thor or Iron Man simply fighting humans because they're much more but Cap, he brings you back down to earth and shows you how you can fight basically as a normal human being. I think that's why I love him so much. The beginning was kind of slow with him begin unsure where he fits into society but the plot quickly picked up. I liked how stunned he was when he realized that Bucky was the Winter Solider and how he refused to fight him in the end. I loved all of his fight scenes and his relationships with Black Widow and Falcon. I loved that they didn't give him a love interest because he's not in the right place right now for one even though I do ship him and Black Widow (they had a lot of chemistry!!).
Honestly I loved that the side characters weren't useless. They held their own and were important members of the team. It fit perfectly with who Cap is. He's a solider. He's the man-in-charge and works best with a team. The people he hand-chooses needs to be more than accessories and they were. I was pleasantly surprised to see how much Falcon had a role in the fight scenes!
Now for the plot...
So I knew from the trailers that Bucky was the villain but I had noooo idea that SHIELD would be too! While I was sitting in the theater, all I could think about was how amazing of an idea that was. It not only linked the first Cap movie to this one but it was ingenious! The fact that Hydra snuck into the ranks of the beginnings of SHIELD was amazing! I was stunned when Sitwell was revealed to be a part of it and the reveal was EPIC! I loved how Zola was inside the computer and how he creepishly he told them about how Hydra would win. I liked how it made you second-guess every SHIELD agent and when Cap made his speech all of the straight-SHIELD agents stood up and tried to help out. When that guy said "Captain's orders," I was so proud!
This entire plot felt so much more to me because I watch the Agents of SHIELD and the show made me love this company more than I ever thought I would so all of this hit me hard!! I'm excited to see how it continues!
I was sooo upset when Fury "died" and I couldn't focus during the next scene, I was so in shock. I mean I knew in the comics, Fury eventually dies and Maria Hill takes over but I was NOT ready! The fight scenes were beautifully choreographed and there were a lot of funny one-liners. I also knew that in the comics Bucky kills Cap and then remembers who he was and becomes Cap to keep his legacy going and I thought I was okay with the idea. But then that final fight scene happened and my heart was pounding and all I could think was if Steve dies, I will not be okay... When he was shot, and then stabbed and then lost his shield and fell into the water and I was dying. I was gasping and sitting up and gripping the seat and didn't relax until Bucky pulled him out.... Can you tell I love him to death?
The ending was great too.. I just think the order of scenes should have been switched. I think it would have been more meaningful if after Cap fell into the water, they did all of the SHIELD scenes and Fury asking Falcon to join him and Black Widow talking about how she's going to find herself and THEN did the scene with Bucky pulling him out of the water and maybe someone like Falcon could have found him. That scene was just so emotional and symbolic and it felt so final!
Things I Didn't Like
This is a very short list so bear with me! First of all, I didn't like the beginning. I do kind of wish it hadn't been as boring as it was as I didn't care much for Cap's crisis about how he should run his life. We kind of saw that in the Avengers but as soon as Fury got attacked, it picked right up. Secondly, I hated that Hawkeye wasn't in this movie! Plenty of cast made small cameos and I wanted one of him especially when he's a huge part of SHIELD! When they were meeting underground and either Fury or Maria Hill (can't remember who it was) stated that these were all the people they could trust, I was annoyed! THEY COULD TOTALLY TRUST HAWKEYE!
And finally a tally of all the times my feels were hurt!
1. Cap goes to the Smithsonian and looks at his exhibit. He watches the video with Peggy and she talks about how she married someone else.
2. Peggy has Alzheimer's and is talking to Cap and then suddenly starts crying because he finally came out.
3. Fury "dies."
4. Falcon tells Natasha and Steve that they're not alone.
5. Bucky is revealed and Cap is stunned.
6. Natasha shot.
7. Bucky is remembering who he was/who Cap was and they memory-wipe him.
8. Natasha asks Steve who Peggy was.
9. Hydra killed Howard Stark.
10. Natasha being threatened with the pin (shock to sternum thing).
11. The final fight scene with Bucky and Cap.
12. Everytime Cap gets stabbed and/or shot.
13. Cap falls into the water and is downing.
14. Bucky saves Cap and pulls him out before leaving him on the beach without staying until he wakes up.
15. When Cap tells Bucky that he will stay with him "until the end of the line."
16. Bucky learns who he is in the Smithsonian.
2, 3, 7, 9, 11, 13, 14 and 15 were the worst. I had tears in my eyes during Cap's speech and when Fury is pronounced dead.
So after that super long review, I will conclude with, I loved everything about this movie. It was much sadder than I expected it to be but it was still amazing. I love Cap and I loved this movie. Hydra here was much better than the Red Skull and much more impactful which is why I think it was better! A good movie always needs a good villain. If you haven't seen it yet, I would highly recommend going out and watching it!! Over and out.

I'm a very vocal person who watches way to much tv and gets too invested in characters. If that's your thing, you've come to the right place!

Reign Season 1 Episode 9 Review
Okay so this entire episode revolved around Bash and Mary as I stated before with slight tones of Francis. The episode started with Bash and Mary being captured fairly quickly. They returned to the castle and Mary was confronted by Francis but she stayed strong and refused to fall for Francis's adorable speech. Catherine came to her and was angry that she returned. According to her, Henry was never going to let her go again because he wants England. And that is true. Henry gives Mary an ultimatum, either she marries Francis or he kills Bash. Mary decides that the only way to save both and leave would be to tell Francis the truth although Catherine is very against it.
Francis thinks that the prophecy is nothing but superstition (as it should be) and wishes Mary would let him make his own decisions. Her mother is also not on her side. Scotland wishes to rule England as well. Distraught and at her wit's end, Mary offers another way out to the king. She tells him that she wants Bash to be legitimized and made heir to the throne and then she will marry him and they will rule France, England and Scotland together. Henry is intrigued but does not think it will work because Catherine will not agree to an annulment which is the only method to legitimize Bash.
Francis learns of the offer and rushes off to the dungeons and gets into a fight with Bash about Mary only to be interrupted by Mary herself. She begs him to calm down and tells him that marrying Bash was her idea and he only knew of the prophecy. Francis tells Mary how much he loves her and wishes that she would see past her stubbornness. Catherine devises of a plan to kill both Mary and Bash so that Francis will stay heir to the throne and alive. Unfortunately for her, Henry is already five steps ahead. He agrees to Mary's conditions because he's always liked Bash and Diane better than Francis and Catherine and because he wants England.
The line of succession after Bash would still be the same as long as Bash and Mary have no children which leads to Catherine's plans being unveiled in front of the court. Francis tells Catherine that if any harm were to befall Mary, Bash or Henry, he would know it was due to Catherine and as his first act as king, he would execute her for treason. Catherine gives in and tries to escape the castle as she's afraid that Henry will kill her to avoid her interfering with his plans but Henry locks her up. Mary and Bash share a conversation about becoming the next rulers and she comforts him while he looks to be in a daze at the idea that they will marry as soon as Henry returns from Rome where he will try to convince the pope of the change in line.
Now that the recap is out of the way, my thoughts! So I really hate stupid Nostradamus and his stupid prophecies! I don't want Bash and Mary to marry. I don't want them to rule. I don't want them to fall in love. But at the same time, I loved their interactions in this episode. I really like their friendship and how much they are willing to sacrifice to save Francis. I also think this plot twist of Bash becoming king is really interesting and I'm sure it will result in many fun storylines. But Francis's stupid adorable face was so sad in this episode! I almost cried for him in that scene in the throne room where he tells Mary of the future he saw with her and how once he was jealous of Bash's freedom!
Honestly, I think that Frary is endgame. I think Francis will stay heir to the throne and I think they will marry one day. I think that all of this Bash stuff is just a roadblock for them. Honestly I do love Bash's character but just not with Mary. I don't really understand the "love triangle" in this show. There really isn't one! Mary loves Francis and sees Bash as a friend and a way to save the man she loves. Maybe they'll make Bash/Mary's relationship grow as the episodes continue. But if that happens, I think we need to learn a little more about Bash as a person first. His character is supposed to be the bad boy but we haven't seen it. He's honestly just Francis's hotter older half-brother.
Okay so overall, loved the episode but hated that it destroyed all my Frary feels. I will stay positive though. I can wait. I waited two and a half seasons for Klaroline so I can wait for Frary to finally be together. And possibly watch a lot of Frary Youtube videos... Don't judge me. And that's all for today!!! Have a wonderful Friday!

Vampire Diaries 5x11 Thoughts
So first and foremost, congrats to TVD on 100 episodes! Now onto the episode itself. Overall I was extremely excited to watch the episode because it seemed like a lot of awesome stuff was going to happen. And after watching the episode, I have to say overall it was a great episode but one sad thing overshadowed the rest for me. There will be spoilers below so if you haven't watched the episode yet, go watch it and then come back!
First off, I really liked the whole tribute to Katherine drinking party thing. It was hilarious to see how much terror Katherine placed upon them! I also liked how Stefan was all sweet to Katherine and wanted her last moments to be peaceful but at the same time, it was also hilarious that Damon was there to gloat over her death like the ass he is!! Her flashbacks were kind of boring though but the one about Stefan was cute!
Also I soooo called it that Katherine wasn't going to die! She's just too much of an awesome character to do so! And I knew she was going to jump into Elena's body from the moment Nadia talked about jumping into another body and she said Stefan likes this body in the midseason finale episode! I do like how they held off on that until the very last minutes because it kept you guessing! The appearance by "Elijah" was cute though too although I wished that he had actually been there. Did it hint at the fact that Katherine still has feelings for him or they've spent so much time together that he's like an old friend?
Bonnie and Jeremy didn't do too much in this episode but Matt did! I laughed when he was attacked by Nadia and used as blackmail. It's pretty obvious now that always happen. He might as well wear a sign that reads Vampire Bait/Blackmail. I did think it was cute though that Rebekah saved him although I wanted to see more of Rebekah and Matt interacting other than a smile...
Speaking of relationships, I used to so be on the Elena/Damon ship but now something about their chemistry has fizzled. I didn't enjoy most of the scenes revolving them or discussing their romance. Expect the one in the beginning when Damon was drunk at the Mystic Grill. I laughed so hard when Jeremy and Matt talked about him like he wasn't there and then he called Matt a dumbass. Stefan was really sweet about their relationship. He's like practically over Elena and it was nice of him to offer advice to both halves of Delena. I wonder who his next love interest will be? Still Katherine but in Elena's body?
And finally. The part that overshadowed most of the episode, at least for me. Klaus and Caroline reuniting! You knew this was coming! I saved the best and most emotional for last! I was really really excited when I saw the promo with them together and I heard they were going to kiss but honestly I was just happy they were going to interact. So when he appeared and he followed her and they talked, I was buzzing with joy. THEN he made his speech. His stupid speech. His speech about how he would never come back if only Caroline told him the truth about how she felt about him. So then she starts talking about how she doesn't want him around because she's starting a new life and he clouds her judgement but then she kisses him. It was really cute and Klaus smirked in the hottest way. Then I'm assuming they went at it in the forest.
Now all that I didn't mind. What broke my heart was the fact that Klaus promised to leave Mystic Falls and never go after her again. I am really really hoping he means that he won't come to her but she can still come to him and he will wait. I really hope that she will go to him one day, ready to face her feelings for more than a one-night stand sort of deal. I really hope Caroline continues to think about Klaus and doesn't get back with Tyler who came back (Yay *Rolls eyes*). It's not just a thing of I love Klaroline, I just really hate Tyler. Caroline can date whoever she wants, be it Klaus, Stefan, Enzo, just not Tyler. Please TVD gods. Hear my plea!
So overall I loved this episode! There was a bunch of cameos from dead characters of the show! We finally got Klaroline (I'm going to ignore the speech and think about their kiss)! Rebekah and Elijah appeared! Katherine is still alive! Tomorrow I will be posting my review on the Reign episode from last night!!!

Gods of Olympus - TV Shows
Hello all!!! You all remember my tag on books right? Well I promised you one on tv shows and here it is finally!!!
Zeus: Name Your Favorite Fictional Leader.
Hmmm... I would have to go with Phil Coulson from Agents of SHIELD on this one! He knows exactly how to use his team properly and has great gut instincts. Phil believes in his team and knows they can always do better. He comforts them when they need it and cracks down when they're falling apart. Without him and his plans, they wouldn't be able to work together and would fall apart!
Hera: Who Are Your Favorite Fictional Parents?
This one is a no-brainer! Stef and Lena from the Fosters!!! They look out for their children and always know when one needs their love and comfort. Stef and Lena try to do right with their kids and place them as their number one priorities. If one of the kids needs advice, they're always there to help out and they tell their kids to always be themselves and be proud. Their love is endless as they took in four foster kids, two of which they just met two months ago!
Demeter: What Fictional Food Would You Want To Try?
Well this one is kind of hard because most of the shows I watch eat normal food so I guess I'd have to go with New Orleans gumbo from the Originals. I've always wanted to try authentic gumbo and supposedly Sophie makes the best gumbo in Louisiana!!!
Poseidon: Name A TV Show Where Water Is Central Either In Setting Or Plot
I would have to go with Arrow on this one!!! The entire show couldn't exist if Oliver had not gone on a yacht trip to China and hadn't been shipwrecked on an island! His dad and the crew died and Sara almost drowned. The island created the Green Arrow and allowed Oliver to find his purpose in life!
Dionysus: Which Character Would You Want To Party With?
This one I would have to say the girls of the Vampire Diaries, Elena, Bonnie and Caroline. These girls know how to cut loose and have some fun! They love to throw parties and drink and overall just have a great time! I would love to be able to join in on their fun!!
Apollo: What Was A Debut TV Show That Was Fantastic?
Although the Originals debuted this year and was fantastic, I don't think it actually counts because it's a spinoff of the Vampire Diaries so instead, I will go with Reign!!!! It's super creative as the idea has never been done before! Reign's characters are so interesting and multi-faceted. The storylines keep you on the edge of your seat and the girls of the show are kickass! Is it any wonder that it won best new tv drama at the People's Choice Awards?

Artemis: Favorite Female Heroine
I will have to go with Mary from Reign here as my favorite female heroine. Mary is smart, cunning, loyal and brave! She will do anything she has to for the people she loves and never backs down from a fight. Mary finds the good in people and always allows her subjects to speak for themselves. Being the queen of Scotland does not make her think that she's better than anyone else but instead uses that power to help others!

Athena: Character Who Is Wise
Fitz and Simmons from Agents of SHIELD all the way!!! Although these are two characters, Fitz and Simmons are such an amazing team together that it's impossible to pick one over the other. They are both extremely smart and know how to analyze and create anything. Seriously, Simmons created the vaccine to an alien virus in the span of four hours! They know when to back down and allow someone else to take charge but also know when to step up.

Hermes: If You Could Travel To A Place, Fictional Or Not, Where Would You Go?
If I could go anywhere, I would say the Enchanted Forest from Once Upon a Time. It would be amazing to go there! I could meet practically every fairytale creature and learn how to ride horses and sword fight and shoot arrows and be badass! It's always nice there and it would be fun to visit!

Hephaestus: If I Could Make A Fictional Weapon Or Tool, What Would You Want?
I would love a bow and arrow from Arrow! Oliver is amazing at shooting arrows and I would love to have a bow and arrow and be able to learn to shoot arrows! He taught Helena afterall!

Ares: Which Fictional Battle Was Your Favorite?
I'd definitely have to go with the battle between Klaus and Marcel's army in the Originals! It was so amazing to watch Klaus be all badass and defeat half of Marcel's army BY HIMSELF! I was literally glued to the tv while the fight was going on! I loved when Klaus was all chained up and being attacked and Rebekah looked all worried but then Klaus looked up and had his hybrid eyes on and then Marcel and Rebekah were like oh shit, we're about to lose!!! It wasn't drawn out but it also wasn't blink and you'll miss it!

Aphrodite: Who Is Your Ultimate Ship?
I have a lot of ships but my honest ultimate ship would have to be Klaroline aka Klaus and Caroline from the Vampire Diaries/the Originals! I have been on this ship from the very first episode in which they interacted and I will not get off of it until both the shows end! I refuse to believe that anyone but them are endgame and even if they aren't together in the end, my mind decides that they will find each other in a few decades and will be together then!
My other ships if you care would be Captain Swan (Hook/Emma from Once Upon a Time) followed by Frary (Mary/Francis from Reign) followed by Olicity (Oliver/Felicity from Arrow) followed by Rumpbelle (Rumpelstiltskin/Belle from Once Upon a Time) followed by Delena (Damon/Elena from Vampire Diaries) followed by Skyeward (Skye/Ward from Agents of SHIELD). I love a lot of couples haha.

Hades: If I Could Bring A Character Back, Which One Would You Want To Bring Back To Life?
I would definitely have to go with Kol from the Vampire Diaries/the Originals! I would soooo sad when he died and it doesn't seem fair to me that Bonnie came back to life but Kol did not! Character-wise it seemed weird that Klaus, a man who loves his family and doesn't want them to leave him, did not try to bring back his younger brother to life! I mean he must have had a witch able to do so like Bonnie did! Anyway, Kol definitely!
So that's it!!! I hope you enjoyed my tv show version of the Gods of Olympus!!! Love you all!

God of Olympus - Books
Hello all!!! So I saw this tag on YouTube and I thought it looked pretty fun so here we go!!!
Zeus: Name Your Favorite Fictional Leader.
I would definitely have to go with Percy Jackson from the Percy Jackson series. Not only is Percy just super badass, being the son of Poseidon after all, he's brave and selfless and will sacrifice his life for others. He's an amazing fighter and he knows how to talk himself out of bad situations. Percy has great instincts and never wavers from his beliefs!
Hera: Who Are Your Favorite Fictional Parents?
Honestly not a lot of books that I read have parents in them... I guess I'd have to go with Luke and Jocelyn from the Mortal Instruments even though I didn't really like Jocelyn in City of Fallen Angels... They're there when Clary needs them and although they might not be the most supportive, they love her.
Demeter: What Fictional Food Would You Want To Try?
Hmmm.... I'm not sure. I guess I'd go with ambrosia from the Greek gods. It's food that can taste like whatever we want it to so you'd never crave anything! AND it can heal you if your injured which is a plus. The only downside would be that I'm not a god or a half-blood so I may die from taking it haha!
Poseidon: Name A TV Show Where Water Is Central Either In Setting Or Plot
Duh. This one is easy. The Percy Jackson series!!! The main character Percy is a son of Poseidon so he has powerful water abilities like talking to marine life, controlling the flow of water, being able to heal himself with water and breathing under water. I mentioned he was badass right?
Dionysus: Which Character Would You Want To Party With?
Well the easy answer would be Izzy from the Mortal Instruments!!! She definitely knows how to cut back and have some fun!!! We could go dancing and meet boys and take a couple of shots!!!
My other answer, is Lizzie from Pride and Prejudice. Okay okay. I know what you're thinking. Why on earth would Allie like to do that? I wouldn't want to live in this era but I would LOOOOOVE to go to a party or two. I've always loved the beautiful dresses and amazing hairstyles and it would be epic to dance at a ball!!!
Apollo: What Was A Debut TV Show That Was Fantastic?
Divergent. It was Veroncia Roth's first book and it was incredible!!! I loved reading every single sentence in it from beginning to end! Divergent was very creative and fun to follow and the characters were relatable!
Artemis: Favorite Female Heroine
Hmmm... Honestly I'm not sure. I begin by loving a lot of female characters but then I hate them in sequels. I loved Tris in Divergent but hated her in Insurgent. I liked Juliette in Shatter Me and hated her in Unravel Me. Loved America in the Selection, hated her in the Elite. You get my point. I guess my favorite heroine would have to be Clary. Clary is not the most badass female but she was brave without having any training or power. She would move heaven and earth to help those she loved.
Athena: Character Who Is Wise
This answer depends on what aspect of wise I would consider. If you consider book smarts, I would go with Annabeth. She is the daughter of Athena so wisdom comes naturally. She knows all about Greek myths and can strategize in battle. She adds details to Percy's plans and knows when to speak up.
Street wise, I'd go with Kenji from the Shatter Me series. He knows how to talk to people and when to pick a fight. Kenji was the only person able to snap Juliette from her Adam funk and remind her that there are bigger problems than her love life. He knows how to get her powers working and what buttons to push to get her motivated.

Hermes: If You Could Travel To A Place, Fictional Or Not, Where Would You Go?
My number one place to visit would be Camp Half-Blood from the Percy Jackson series!!! It sounds super awesome! Most of the campers are friendly and don't take things too seriously. I mean rock walls, capture-the-flag and a gigantic lake! What's not to love? Camp Half-Blood is like a giant family that looks out for each other.
Hephaestus: If I Could Make A Fictional Weapon Or Tool, What Would You Want?
Hmm I'd go with a stele from the Mortal Instruments! I think it would be super cool to be able to draw a rune on myself and gain strength or speed or heal myself! There's a rune for everything and if a rune doesn't exist, Clary could always make you one ;)
Ares: Which Fictional Battle Was Your Favorite?
This one is a no-brainer!!! The final battle between the Greek Gods and Kronos's army in the Percy Jackson series aka the Battle of Manhattan. It was amazing. I could not stop reading for a second. The battle was well written and very intense. I was literally on the edge of my seat! I liked how all of the Greek half-bloods teamed together to save their city while the Greek Gods were out fighting. I loved how each character had their moment of triumph and Rachel came back to become the oracle!
Aphrodite: Who Is Your Ultimate Ship?
My ultimate ship would have to be Warner and Juliette from the Shatter Me series. Now technically they aren't a couple but I feel like they fit each other. At first glance they're nothing but the cliche bad boy and good girl relationship but digging deeper, they just fit. Warner brings out Juliette's strength and makes her believe in herself. Juliette physically strengthens Warner with her touch and she makes him want to be a better person. I really hope that they bite the bullet and become a couple in the final Shatter Me book!!!
Hades: If I Could Bring A Character Back, Which One Would You Want To Bring Back To Life?
At first thought I could not really think of anyone who died that I really wanted to return to life but glancing through my bookshelf I realized what should have been a no-brainer!! Gatsby from the Great Gatsby! When I was reading the book, I cried when he died. He didn't deserve his death. All Gatsby did was try to protect the love of his life and he got shot for it! He didn't deserve not having anyone come to his funeral and he deserved to find a love that would not choose society over him! Nick needed him to maintain his faith in society!
So that's all!!! Sometime in the near future, I will do either a movie or a book version of the Gods of Olympus tag!!!

Top 10 TV Shows of 2013
Hey hey!!! I'm back with my top ten favorite tv shows of 2013!! Now these are all opinions so if you don't agree with them, sound off in the comments below. This may contain spoilers!!!
Ravenswood is a new tv show that has just come out in the Fall of 2013. It's a show that I really didn't think I would check out but it premiered after the fall Pretty Little Liars special so I figured I'd check it out. Honestly I like the show but it's not one of my favorites. I watch it on Hulu when I have time. Obviously I love Caleb and I really like Miranda. The others... I'm not a huge fan of them. I think Luke is super annoying and he's one of those characters that wants to ignore everything that's going on. Olivia just rubs me the wrong way and Remy is alright sometimes but she lets Luke control too much of her life. The only reason I'm still watching this show is because I am interested in the whole curse and I want to see how Miranda and Caleb end up together now that Miranda is dead.
When Twisted trailers first played on ABC Family, I was intrigued. The storyline seemed very interesting and I knew Avan Jogia from Victorious so I checked it out. The show was very interesting in the beginning. I loved Danny and Jo from the first episode and Lacey and Rico grew on me. All the characters were interesting people to get to know including the parents who in teen shows are usually barely in it or are the antagonists but in Twisted had just the same amount of secrets as the kids. As the season progressed, though, nothing new happened. Every episode consisted of the same problems and nothing was solved so I slowly began to lose interest. I originally shipped Danny and Jo but as the season progressed I didn't really care too much. The midseason finale however was really good and it recaptured my attention which is why Twisted comes in at number 9! Click here to see all my Twisted posts!
Melissa and Joey is a show that is completely different from all of the other shows I enjoy. Normally I'm a huge drama and supernatural tv show lover and comedies sometimes get boring. I enjoy when a show has a storyline that continues in each episode and comedies usually hint at the same storyline but most of the time, each episode is a standalone. However, once in a while a comedy catches my attention and Melissa and Joey is that comedy. The characters are fun to watch and the one-liners are hilarious. The show is not cheesy or over-the-top but just perfect. I really got hooked after the season finale when Melissa and Joey finally hooked-up and I want to see where this storyline goes!
I talked about this show during my fall 2013 tv line-up and at that time I said that Witches of East End would slowly grow on me and let me say, that is completely true!!! I love this show!!! I love every character on this show except for the villains of course and Dash. I love the story-lines! The spells! The drama! I had been waiting since episode one for Freya to chose Killian and she finally did in the season finale! I can't wait until the new season arrives! I loved the season finale with the door to Asgard opening and the twist where Dash and Killian get their magic back and Dash hurts Killian!! I'm excited to see where this goes. Click here for all my Witches of East End posts.
I bet you're surprised to see this show so low on the list of my favorite shows. After all I did a raving post at the end of summer on how much I was addicted to TVD. The truth is.... after the Originals left the cast, the show just dropped for me. Not only were my favorite characters gone, but the storyline just got a lot more boring. I mean I really enjoyed the Silas angle but this new Augustine society thing just got a little boring. Elena, for some reason, is driving me up a wall and she is the main focus of every episode. The show is reverting back to season 1 for me. Like the entire focus is on the love triangle. Matt is barely there. Jeremy and Bonnie are only in a few episodes. Caroline doesn't even appear in half the episodes and if she does, it's only to throw a party. She wasn't even on the mid-season finale!!! But it's still high up on my list because I binge-watched every episode of TVD and I really enjoyed it up to this fall. Click here to see all my Vampire Diaries posts.
When this show first came out, I was in love with it! It was super interesting and I had never seen anything like this. I even tried to read the books but that was a joke and I regretted it. Season 1 and 2 were incredible, season 3 was good but season 4 is kind of dragging. I didn't really like the story lines that were being used. Soon enough it was replaced with some new shows that seemed better to me. Just recently though, it started to get more interesting. Ali is still alive and Ezra is A? They suddenly got my attention again!
This is another new show that came out this summer and I'm sure you expected it to be on my list! I loved the idea of the Fosters and although the show started out slow, it got much much better! I love Callie and Brandon and Stef and Lena and Jesus and Wyatt! The characters have so many layers and the story-lines are full of drama but fun to watch. At one point in the season, Stef was shot by Jesus and Mariana's biological mom and was in the hospital. I was on the edge of my seat!!! The midseason finale ended with Callie and Brandon finally kissing and Callie running away with Wyatt. The show's incredible! The drama! The suspense! The family! The romance! It has everything I like in a show! Click here to see all my Fosters posts.
I love love love this show as you all probs know. I seriously love this show. I was hesitant at first because I didn't know how much I would love these new agents after getting to know some of them in the Avengers but Marvel definitely knows how to make a great show. The show is full of drama yet is funny to watch. All of the characters are all multi-dimensional and lovable. The most recent episode was incredible and kept me on the edge of my seat! I couldn't believe the ending! The story-lines are interesting and although each episode has a separate story, there is still an overarching story-line and they still mention what happened in previous episodes! Click here to see all my Agents of SHIELD posts!
Sigh. What can I say about Reign that describes exactly how much I loooove this show? The characters! The idea of the show! The creativity! The CHARACTERS! The show is super creative. I love period pieces so when I heard of this show, I was super pumped for it. And when I watched it, I was not disappointed. The first episode was kind of dull but it picked up and flew off!!!! From seeing how royals act to the romance between Francis and Mary to the friendship between Mary and ladies to the affair Kenna is having with the king. I love every bit of it. It is having trouble with ratings but I don't know why! In just the midseason finale, one of Mary's ladies died, Diane and Bash were run out of the castle and Mary learns of the prophecy!!! If you don't watch this show, you're missing so much! Click here to see all my Reign posts!
Sorry. This is a copout. There was no competition as to who was number one!!! I've already ranted and raved at how much I love this show and Klaus. So here we go again! I love the theme of this show. I love that the show is not all about the romance yet still is interesting. I love Klaus and Rebekah and Marcel!! The bromance between Marcel and Klaus is seriously epic. I also love seeing the different sides of Klaus. But another thing I love is the fighting and scheming in this show. When Klaus was trying to overthrow Marcel, his plans were so in depth and multi-staged that it was awesome! I love seeing the relationships grow in this show and can't wait for the next half of the season. Click here to see all my Originals posts!
And that's all for today's post!! Hope you enjoyed my list but if you don't agree with the placement of a show, sound off in the comments!! Thanks so much.

Top 10 Movies of 2013
Hi my lovelies!!! I hope you've all had a wonderful holidays! The new year is approaching and as 2013 is coming to a close, I've decided that I will have three back-to-back posts on my favorites books, movies and tv shows of 2013!!!! Today I will rank my top ten favorite movies of the year!!!!! This may contain spoilers so you are forewarned!!
Up first are honorable mentions aka the movies I enjoyed but not enough to make the list.
I enjoyed this movie and I loooved Elsa, the snow queen. I really felt for her in this movie and I swear I've listened to Let It Go about a hundred times already. I thought Olaf, the snowman, was hilarious and had some of the best one-liners of the movie and Kristoff, the man who sells ice, and his reindeer were funny. The reason this didn't make the top 10 was simply due to the fact that I didn't like Anna, the main character (or so I believe). She seemed really spoiled and her "problems" were just childish compared to Elsa's actual problems controlling her powers.
Oh TMI.. where do I begin? How do I count the ways I love you? I only just read the books in the beginning of 2013 so I didn't really need to wait too long for the movie to come out but to me, it felt like forever and you all knew that. I loooooooved this movie. Seriously. I watched this three times in theaters. I loved the way the characters came to life. I loved Lily Collins and Jamie Campbell Bower! I loved that they mostly stuck closely to the books (except for the ending which I can rant and rave about forever but it won't change anything). The chemistry between Lily and Jamie was fantastic and I loved all of the scenery and the fight scenes! I loved Jamie's one-liners and their emotional scene when they realized that they were siblings! CAN NOT WAIT FOR THE NEXT ONE! [Check out my TMI post for a more detailed review]
Bet you didn't expect this one to be on my list! But it is! Shows how much of a nerd I am!!!! I seriously can't praise this movie enough. Like there are not enough words. I loved this book and I love this movie. Leonardo DiCaprio was beyond perfect and I can't picture anyone else in his place. In fact, all of the castings were perfect and every actor played their roles perfectly. The scenery was just flamboyant enough to show off the 20s and the costumes were gorgeous. I loved the influx of modern music in different scenes and I literally started CRYING when Gatsby was shot. I knew it was coming. I did. But when it happened I gasped anyway! I've watched this once in theaters and like five times on DVD!!!
That was expected. Don't you think? Haha honestly I went back and forth on whether this should be one or two.... I just couldn't decide. When I thought of the Great Gatsby I feel warm and tingly inside but I finally realized that it was probably more to do with all my nostalgic feelings about reading the book four years ago and thus, this movie came out on top! I LOVED IT! I did not really enjoy Thor but this movie went above and beyond! The acting was fantastic! The plot was amazing! CHRIS EVANS HAD A CAMEO! Loki was incredible and I almost cried when I thought he died and I was soooo relieved when he didn't. I loved the battles and it was so sad to see Thor's mother die! I did not really like the ending but I figure they need a way for Thor to stay on Earth so he could be an Avenger. BUT I loved this movie and I can't gush enough about it!
Well that's all for today! Thanks for tuning in! Check back in tomorrow to see my top 10 favorite tv shows of 2013!!

Up first are honorable mentions aka the movies I enjoyed but not enough to make the list.
Frozen
Monsters University
While this movie was good and I really enjoyed it, it wasn't one of my favorites. The characters were all fun and I loved all the frat monsters!! The challenges were not only fun to watch but interesting as well. I thought the plot was creative and I really liked how the voice actors came back for this and much of the movie hinted at scenes in Monsters Inc. But I don't know.... This isn't really a movie I would go back and watch again and again which is one of the reason it's an honorable mention.
I did really enjoy this movie. It was funny in the same way that the Grown Ups were and the story and characters continued to be as I loved them in the first movie. There really was no plot but there was plenty of funny one-liners and comedic scenes to hold you to the end. It wasn't as good as Grown Ups though and there were many much better movies out there this year.
This movie was one I was hesitant to go see. I hadn't read the books and the trailers didn't really look good to me. But eventually enough of my friends recommended it to me and I bit the bullet. Truth be told, I did enjoy the movie for what it was. I liked the characters and the idea of the movie. I didn't enjoy the ending but I know its a series so it has end on a cliffhanger. The special effects were weird though and a lot of the movie dragged until the end.
NOW onto my top ten favorite movies. Now remember, these are my top favorites so if you disagree, that's fine and I'd love to hear your opinions!!
I was expecting to go to this movie and watch a fun little hour long movie. And I was not disappointed! The characters were all three-dimensional and had many layers to fall in love with and the plot although not new was interesting to watch. Basically I fell in love with the leafy kingdom. Seriously, I was not bored at any point throughout this movie! The villains were totally hateable and though the final battle scene went on for a while, I still liked most of it. I did however find it kind of sad that MK grew to normal size and couldn't really be friends with Nod anymore. Overall this movie was seriously EPIC (pun-intended).
Now I really liked this take on the Wizard of Oz and when I first heard of it, I was on the fence as to whether or not to check it out because I never really liked the story of Dorothy and Oz. When I checked out the trailer, I was blown away! I thought it was super fun that the movie was about the Wizard when he first came. The special effects were incredible and I loved the twist in the movie that Glenda was the good witch and Evanora was actually the evil witch. The ending battle was epic and it was definitely my favorite part of the movie. There were negatives however which is why it's at number 9. I did not enjoy how Oscar broke Theodora's heart and then all of a sudden, she's the bad guy because he played her. The movie also began to drag right after he meets Glenda and before the preparations for the battle. But all-in-all, this movie was fun to watch!
Can I just say: I loved this movie more than I should have. It was funny, sarcastic and soooo creative! I loved this take on the classic Grimm brothers' fairytale! It seems totally likely that after almost being eaten by a witch, the siblings would become witch hunters! I was surprised to hear Gemma curse in this movie because I've only ever seen her in Prince of Persia! I loved all the characters including the villain: Famke Janssen aka Jean Grey from X-Men. No seriously, Muriel was a great villain and the end fight scene was sooo cool! It kept you on the edge of your seats! There really wasn't much of a plot other than having to stop the witches but that's enough for this movie-goer!!
As you all probably know, the X-Men franchise has a small place in my heart right behind the Star Wars trilogy (the originals because who the hell liked the prequels?) so it's no surprise that this movie is on the list! I really debated where on the list this movie would go because as you knew from my review... there was a lot I loved at the time but thinking back, the movie was not as epic as I thought it was right after seeing it. Finally I settled on 7 because it wasn't too high and it wasn't too low. The plot of this movie made perfect sense to me, the ending was totally not predictable and the amount of Jean dream scenes were just right! I did not enjoy Mariko's romance with Wolverine because I didn't see any chemistry there and Viper wasn't enough of a villain for me to properly enjoy her. Thus, number 7 it is. [Check out my Wolverine Thoughts post if you want more details]
You knew this was coming! You had to! Now I loved Iron Man because of its creativity and I liked the second movie because of the Black Widow but this movie, it was just amazing! The emotion! The action! Pepper finally kicking ass! Now as most of you know, I really like when a hero shows emotion behind his character. I think that makes the character even more lovable and the fact that Tony Stark was having trouble sleeping and going through stress after the Avengers made me love him more. It makes total sense that he was worried. I also loved the fact that the Mandarin was just an actor! It was a totally unexpected twist and although I would have enjoyed seeing the actual super powered villain, this one was fun to watch. I thought the final battle scene was a little longer than needed and the scenes with that little kid were a little Disney-esque. Normally there's nothing wrong with that but in a superhero movie, I don't need a little kid getting the superhero pumped up again.
This is probably a movie that wasn't on most people's radars let alone their top ten but the truth is, I loved this movie. It was fun and although didn't really follow the book to a tee, it was enjoyable. After watching the first movie, I kind of separated the books from the movies so when I went in to watch this movie, I wasn't expecting it to be accurate and it really wasn't. There was a bunch of stuff that made so sense to me but overall the characters were lovable, the battle scenes were fun to watch and the comedic one-liners made me die. Seriously, when Percy and Annabeth were singing it's a small world after all and Clarisse told them to shut up, I died. [Check out my Sea of Monsters post for more details]
I have never read the books. There. I figured I should get that out of the way. But I have watched the first movie and I really loved this one. It was funny to see how much more of a budget this movie had compared to the first. I love Katniss and Peeta and Haymitch although Gale I could live without. I loved the acting in this movie! I loved the Quarter Quell! I loved that Katniss slowly fell in love with Peeta! President Snow was so cunning and awesome and I totally knew that Plutarch Heavensbee was on their side from the beginning but I loved how cunning he was with Snow! I'm not sure how I feel about Finnick or any of the new characters yet. I've heard everyone who's read the books rant and rave about Finnick and how excited they were to see him but he was alright in the movie. I didn't hate him but I didn't love him either. Maybe I just have to wait for the next one... Speaking of, I can't wait for the next one!
Grown Ups 2
Beautiful Creatures
Number 10 is.... Epic!!!
I was expecting to go to this movie and watch a fun little hour long movie. And I was not disappointed! I did however find it kind of sad that MK grew to normal size and couldn't really be friends with Nod anymore. Overall this movie was seriously EPIC (pun-intended).
Number 9 is.... Oz: The Great and Powerful!!!
Number 8 is .... Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters!!!
Can I just say: I loved this movie more than I should have. It was funny, sarcastic and soooo creative! I loved this take on the classic Grimm brothers' fairytale! It seems totally likely that after almost being eaten by a witch, the siblings would become witch hunters! Number 6 is.... Iron Man 3!!!
Number 4 is... The Hunger Games: Catching Fire!!!
Number 3 is.... The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones!!!
Oh TMI.. where do I begin?
Number 2 is... The Great Gatsby!!!
AND the moment you've allllll been waiting for (not really but let me have my fun). Number 1 is.... THOR: THE DARK WORLD!!!

Random Confessions (Not WWE Related)
Hey guys!!! So I was internet stalking today and I decided that it was time for me to lay down some confessions. I already did one of WWE so I figure I'd do one on random other shit. Now children this may get uncomfortable so you are forewarned.... LOL doubt it though.

1. I am a huge nerd. Like you all probs know this but it's so funny. Get me started on anything Marvel, Batman, X-Men or one of my favorite books, I will go on and on for days!
2. Spiderman bores me. Like I've seen the original Spiderman movies and I saw the most recent Amazing Spiderman, but it just doesn't do it for me. Like I enjoyed the Amazing Spiderman simply because of Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone and all the humor. The character of Spiderman never interested me.
3. I do not understand how girls/guys find asses attractive... Like I just don't get it. They are not attractive to me and in actuality, they're kind of gross. Like anytime I see a naked ass, I'm slightly disgusted. #IsThatWeird?
4. When I get into a TV show, I GET INTO IT. Like seriously, I dive in head-first! I will cry and scream at the TV and I'm stalk literally everything about the show from the cast to spoilers to reviews on episodes. It's creepy.
5. I love sleep. Like seriously I will sleep for days and still want to sleep more!!!
6. I have this undying love for Klaus from TVD/TO. Like when he cries on screen, I cry. As in, I hate everyone on the Originals except for Rebekah, Marcel and Klaus. I mean look at his face. His smirk will make you melt! How could anyone not love him? And his voice! Shit. It's like velvet. And his character, christ. The badness flowing from him. I swear to you, I sooooo want a poster of him for my dorm room. Santa, are you listening?

7. I love with Captain America. Like I don't know what it is about him but I do. Maybe it was how awesome sauce the movie was. Or maybe it's Chris Evans: both his acting and him in general. And it's soooo weird. Like I always like the bad boys on TV, movies, books but something about Cap just... I can't explain it.
8. I love Disney movies. Like seriously, I'm nineteen but I will make my way to the movies to watch practically every Disney (animated) movie. But this only works for animated movies because seriously a lot of other Disney movies sucked like The Lone Ranger. Gag me with a spoon.
9. If a show/book/movie has one cast, I CANNOT stand it when they're replaced with another for a sequel. Like I just can't. I fell in love with the original characters so why would I need new ones? Maybe that's partially why I hated the Star Wars prequels... or the fact that the plots just sucked.

10. I have this obsession for coffee. I don't drink it to stay awake, I drink it because it tastes good. I seriously just had the tastiest Wawa coffee ever the other day. You would not believe! It's called a Peppermint White Chocolate Mocha and I seriously died drinking it.

11. When I was a kid, I was obsessed for the PowerPuff girls. I used to write stories about them, had their dolls, VHS tapes and even my bedspread was PowerPuff girls.

12. When I used to watch Pokemon, the Advanced generation was my favorite because I loved May. I thought she was the best female companion Ash had (who did not suck at everything like Dawn or well I actually loved Misty but I hated that she really didn't do anything other than walk around with Ash). I also loved her rival Drew and thought he was the most awesome guy on the show and I BELIEVED that May and Drew were meant to be together forever.

13. I was in love with Aladdin. Yes the Disney movie animated guy. Every little girl had a crush on one of the Disney "princes" and mine was Aladdin. I loved the way he talked, looked and acted. I loved his story and I loved the characters in this movie!
14. When I like a guy, most of the time it's not because he's attractive. For me, if the guy's personality is amazing, he automatically becomes "hot" to me. Like I'm not being cliche or anything but a hot guy without a personality becomes less hot to me. For example, that new show Reign on CW, I love Francis. Now Toby Regbo is not the most traditionally attractive actor but his character on the show is so awesome, that now I find him super attractive.

15. Speaking of Reign, I was watching episode 4 of Reign again because I loved it so much and I realized something creepy. I find it really attractive when a man wears a ring on his index finger. Like wtf? The hell does that mean? What does that say about me? #I'veLostIt

16. I'm not really a shoes person. Most girls are but I'm really not. I just need one basic color for each pair of shoes so that it can match every outfit. Like heels-wise, I have a pair of silver, black and gold shoes and that can go with everything. I have three pairs of boots: grey, black and brown.
17. I hate sneakers. I think they're clunky and big and don't look good with anything unless you're working out. I will never wear a pair of sneakers when I'm going to class or the mall or anything. The worst is when someone wears them to amusement parks or abroad. Ugh. Shivers.
18. I love dystopian romance novels. I can't get enough of them. I love the plots, the characters, the wars, everything.
19. I HATE Twilight with a passion. Like not just because the story and plot and characters sucked but because they ruined vampires. Anytime I tell anyone that I like the Vampire Diaries or tell someone about a book I just read, they ALWAYS say "Ew, vampires. So like Edward Cullen/Robert Pattinson?" or "Ugh. So that book is like Twilight but with __enter whatever "difference" book has__" KLAUS MIKAELSON IS NOTHING LIKE EDWARD CULLEN!!!! Okay. I'm done.
20. I love recommending books and movies to people and I will explain plots but my BIGGEST pet peeve is when that person's response is "Oh so it's like Twilight but better" or "Oh so it's like the Hunger Games but lamer". Like please people, open up your smallish minds and realize that not every book with a romance is like Twilight or every book set in a dystopian future is like Hunger Games.
Okay so I think that's enough. I hope you enjoyed my random confessions!!!!

Thor: The Dark World Thoughts
Hello internet universe!!!!!! So I finally was able to watch Thor: The Dark World last night and let me just say, I HAVE NO WORDS!!! It was soooo good! Much better than the first. First I'm probs going to talk about random shit before actually going into my review of the movie.
Okay so I went to see the movie with two of my friends but they were both girls and the only reason they went was to see Chris Hemsworth which was pretty annoying... I mean he's super mega hot but I can't stand when people go to movies just to ogle the actor/actress. It's really obnoxious. I mean I was there to see the actual plot of the movie while they were giggling in their seats... Anyways, so about a quarter of the way into the movie, the projector broke and I was literally about to kill someone! Ugh. I hate when the projectors break. Long story short, we ended up getting free passes and were allowed to go to a different showing of Thor which had only gotten about half an hour into it so we had to re-watch a little bit of what we already saw but positives, I was able to see Thor! If I hadn't seen it yesterday, I would have been really pissed. Sorry if that was rambly...
From here on, there will probs be spoilers so I'd go to the last paragraph if you haven't seen Thor yet!!!
Like I said, I loved the movie. The acting was fantastic, the plot was crazy good and there was a Captain America cameo!!!! (For those who don't know, I LOVE Cap). There was just the right amount of humor in the movie mixed in with drama and sadness. And Loki was beyond incredible. I love Tom Hiddleston soooooo much! When Loki turned on Thor and chopped his hand off, the first thing I thought was "sucks to suck Thor". My second thought was that Thor's hand will probably grow back and Loki attacked him just to get close to the elves so he could kill them! I didn't even think of the fact that Loki was creating an illusion. I also seriously teared up when Loki "died". I couldn't believe what happened although I thought as far as deaths go, that was a pretty incredible one. I was so happy when I realized he was alive and I laughed at him outthinking everyone and becoming king in the end.
The Captain America cameo was hilarious. I know it was only for like 5 seconds but seriously it made me so happy to see Chris Evans. The little speech he made about loyalty and trust was hilarious coming out of Chris Evans's mouth in Tom Hiddleston's voice.
Now for the things I didn't like or in other words, Jane Foster. I seriously can't stand her character and Natalie Portman and Chris Hemsworth seriously have no chemistry. The scene when they first saw each other was awful. It was really awkward when I know it was supposed to be romantic. The whole story wouldn't have happened either if Jane hadn't been so curious and touched the ether. Thank god Loki didn't die or else Jane would have been the cause for both Loki and Thor's mom's deaths!
Also, the ending was kind of weird and not really in Thor's character. Why would he be so selfish and leave Asgard when they need him the most to be with Jane? Will he age as a human on Earth? Is he going to stay with Jane until she dies and then return to Asgard? Will he loose his powers? Is he giving up being a god? I have so many questions and no answers! Thor just left Asgard with no heir. I mean they thought Loki was dead and Thor's dad was pretty old himself so no one would be able to take the crown.... I feel like Thor is not normally that selfish...
Anyways, so overall I'd give the movie about 4.5/5 stars. I loved it a lot and I would definitely see it again. If you haven't seen it yet, definitely check it out although I'd say if you haven't seen the first Thor, you might be a tiny bit confused. Love you all.
